Member Registration

By registering as a member of the Syro Malabar Youth Apostolate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Registration
Your registration helps us maintain a centralised database of Syro Malabar Youth across Australia and New Zealand. This information will support communication, planning, and spiritual formation initiatives at local, regional, and national levels.

2. Eligibility
You must be a Syro Malabar Catholic youth (typically aged 18–35) residing in Australia or New Zealand to register.

3. Account Creation
You are encouraged to create a personal account to access the Syro Malabar Youth Apostolate (YA) Hub.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accounts must be created with accurate and truthful information.

4. Use of Data
Your information will be stored securely and used solely for youth apostolate purposes.
We may contact you for events, formation programs, and ministry opportunities.
Your data will not be shared with third parties outside the Syro Malabar Church network without your consent.

5. Code of Conduct
As a member of the youth apostolate, you are expected to uphold Christian values and conduct yourself with respect, integrity, and responsibility at all times.

6. Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Australia and New Zealand.

7. Modification or Termination
The Youth Apostolate team reserves the right to update these terms or terminate your account if any information is found to be false or if conduct violates these terms.
